The East Idaho Homebuilders Association is a non-profit association founded and chartered by the National Association of Home Builders.  It was formed in 1974 to help promote the dream of home ownership in our community. Our mission is to provide members and the community with services that help the development of the Building Industry as a whole.

AWCI represents 2,200 companies and organizations in the acoustics systems, ceiling systems, drywall systems, exterior insulation and finishing systems, fireproofing, flooring systems, insulation, and stucco contractors, suppliers and manufacturers and those in allied trades.

AD provides leading independent distributors and manufacturers with support and resources that accelerate growth. AD helps quality independents, of all sizes, better compete with national chains. AD helps quality manufacturers build their brands, introduce new products and reduce their reliance on national chains.

In order to know our customer's wants and needs we participate with various local home builders associations, as well as local, regional, and national industry related associations.


NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
